• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle

3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

3.1 Billing Errors Only

The ONLY circumstances where we may issue a refund or credit:

• Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a system error

4. Subscription Cancellation

• Go to Account Settings → Billing & Subscription
• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• Follow the cancellation prompts

4.2 Cancellation Effects

• Stop Auto-Renewal: You can click "Stop Auto-Renew" in the Billing page at any time
• Access Until Expiry: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• No Prorated Refunds: You will NOT receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription
• Credit Consumption Continues: You can continue using your allocated credits until subscription expires
• No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle

Important: Canceling your subscription does NOT entitle you to a refund. You paid for access to the service for a specific period, and you retain that access until the period ends.

5. Billing Error Dispute Process

5.1 How to Report a Billing Error
